Szechuan Chicken Illness Suspected

I think it was take out from there. I ate about an hour ago. I had a few bites of the Szechuan chicken, Charlie's chow mein and two crispy spring rolls. My husband didn't eat anything and had no symptoms. But I have been vomiting and have had diahrea for 30 minutes  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
