I then telephonically contacted customer care and reported it. Someone called me later and said that he was investigated. The incident happened at about 1h30pm on Thursday. At 2pm today, Saturday 15 Feb 2020, I was overwhelmed with nausea and severe vertigo. I was unable to walk without swooning (still the case) and I experienced confusion, disorientation, couldn't lift my head and couldn't maintain my balance. Medical assistance was sought and called to attend to me. My blood pressure had dropped and I was told that I have food poisoning. I am unable to move at this point without losing my balance & I was told to take an antibiotic to kill the bacteria. I now have diarreah and vomiting. It took 24hrs to manifest. Almost to the hour. What recourse do I have with this location? ”

The establishment was issued a Cease Operations Order and was required to discontinue food operations immediately. The establishment could not operate for a minimum of 48 hours. Inspected Dec. 12.
