Salmon Meal Sparks Illness

Ate about 7pm last night had Salmon and zucchini noodles. Woke up at 3 am with diarrhea, stomach pain. Threw up at 8am and continued to have diarrhea and bloody stool. Still feeling effects 15hrs later.
