on 9-6-19. Grilled chicken sandwich , I was alone...symptoms started one hour after eating...vomiting and diarrhea and fever started at the same time...would get really hot and sweaty.  I was very bloated and my stomach hurt.  Went to urgent care.  Symptoms lasted a total of 6 days… See more
