I ate the Jalapeno ranch club with the sauce that comes with it on Saturday 5/2 at 5:45PM and woke up feeling really nauseated around 5AM, eventually threw up once and had stomach pains the rest of the day.

On March 16,2019 ate kale superfood salad and grilled nuggets. About 8 hrs later had severe vomiting, fever, cramping and still experiencing symptoms today, 3 days later
