I got two spicy deluxes, fries and lemonade. This is the only thing I ate day. I started feeling a little strange that evening; dis not think anything just went to sleep. Next day woke up dying. Nausea and vomiting all day.

My boyfriend and I experienced extreme nausea/vomiting and diarrhea for 24+ hours hours after eating there. I still do not feel myself days out. I have never been that sick before. Was tired and had a fever and chills. Stool was dark green. Had nuggets and fries

Yesterday around 3:30 p within an hour of eating chicken nuggets and a frozen lemonade there. Didn’t make it out of town before having to stop at a bathroom. Didn’t eat anything the rest of the day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
