Had chicken nuggets meal on 12-4-24 in the evening. Started throwing up 2 hours later. Vomiting and diarrhea all night. Sick with nausea, stomach cramping, headache and chills for 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
