Yesterday Grilled chicken sandwich and fries Husband had the above for lunch yesterday around 3pm. Became violently ill by evening. Hadn’t eaten anything else that day so this was definitively the cause  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
