Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness

Had 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 1 large fries at around 5:30 PM on Dec. 23rd 2017. Had symptoms the very next day. Which included stomach cramps and constant diarrhea at every one hour. Was sick on Christmas eve and on Christmas day.

Nuggets Trigger Nighttime Illness

Last night I had chick fil a nuggets and after I wasn’t feeling well. I had diarrhea for most of the night as well as into the early hours in the morning hardly able to sleep only for it to get worse and turn into diarrhea and nausea.
