Today I ate a Chicken sandwich and Everything seemed fine, but it was the only thing I ate today and my wife and I ate the same things yesterday and she is not sick so I know it was the culprit. Severe vomiting, abdominal pain and chills just 6 hours later

Got catered chick fil a for work, immediately felt horrible after and was throwing up for days with chills and aches.
