Ate a spicy chicken sandwich and fries and had stomach pain about an hour or so later. Still cramping and diarrhea Strong abdominal pain. No vomiting yet

Spicy chicken sandwich, diarrhea 12+ hours later. Husband had a deluxe chicken sandwich and had same issues.
