I had two chicken biscuits and some hash browns. One hour later, my stomach started hurting badly and I had to run to the bathroom where I immediately had a bowel movement and a few minutes later, I vomited. Now I'm having diarrhea.

I ordered the southwest chicken salad on 9/23/19 hours after I started getting chills and feeling fatigued. That night I started having diarrhea , sharp abdominal cramps and running a fever symptoms consistent of food poisoning.
