I bought two salads, as shown on the receipt. The salad I ate was the CobSld Grl nug, and about two hours later I started feeling unwell. Three hours after that, I started vomiting. I didn't sleep at all that night and vomited a total of three times. I threw the other salad in the trash.

Got food around 3:00pm on 7/18/2024. Symptoms came on suddenly around 9:00pm.
