My wife and I both had the new Jalapeño chicken sandwich around 6pm on April 10, 2026, with the spicy chicken with the packet of jalapeño ranch dressing, and we are both having diarrhea the following morning. My wife was having severe cramping and chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
