Severe Cramps Post-Chicken Meal

I had gotten my food around 4pm. took a nap for a couple hours and woke up around 615, having extremely painful abdominal cramps and immediately rushed to the bathroom. my cramps got worse becoming more sharp and was having continuous diarrhea while sweating
