I had the southwest salad with the salsa dressing for lunch on 6/15/2018 around 12:30pm. By 530pm, I had chills and nausea...the next several hours, I was vomiting and had diarrhea, also accompanied by severe cramps and low grade fever. Over 24 hours later, and still not feeling back to normal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
