At around 5pm after ordering and eating Chic-Fil-a chicken tenders and sweet tea, I began to experience extreme nausea and hasd to induce vomiting. In addition, I experienced headaches and mild stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
