Ate a large fry and nothing else from Chick-fil-A on Saturday at 2pm. I began to have diarrhea and vomiting at midnight and continued all night.

Happened evening of 11/4/23 and I am still experiencing symptoms. Threw up 11/4, fever all day 11/5, diarrhea 11/4 to now, reduced appetite and stomach sensitivity whenever eating, headaches, tired
