My teenage daughter and her friend both ate Chicken & fries, a beverage, ketchup & ranch packets. That evening my daughter had the chills & spent hours vomiting. Her friend had nausea & diarrhea. She did mention the beverage cup smelled musty.

Chick'n Meal Triggers Nausea

I had a a frosted lemonade and an 8 piece chicken. Got half way through my fries and started feeling very nauseous. Threw up about 40 minutes later, about an hour after that expelled everything else in my digestive system out the other end. Can’t even look at chick fil a anymore.
