I have always eaten at Chick -fil A. not sure why about 1/2 hour I was so nausea and then the Diarrhea set in. Today, I have felt so weak. it is the wildest thing, to make it worst it was the only meal I had that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

Purchased regular chicken sandwich, lemonade and waffle fries Friday April 14, 2016 around 1:00 PM 4-5 hours later vomiting, low grade fever, stomach cramps and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
