I was given undercooked chicken. I have been extremely sick. I have been throwing up, and chills all night. when I told the manager on the phone, he said he can't find my pick up order through uber eats and that he can't do anything about it. I filed a complaint through uber eats and got a refund.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

I ordered 2 piece with corn nuggets and a water. I only took 1 bite of the chicken but ate all of the corn nuggets. It’s currently 4 am and I’ve been up since 2 vomiting and experiencing diarrhea and abdominal cramping. No fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fever
