I began to feel nauseous the night of Feb. 27th thought I was just getting a bug until I saw someone in the neighborhood app ask if anyone had eaten chicken salad chick and gotten sick and I remembered that’s was I ate for lunch. I’ve been sick for 4 days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
