Had a steak at chilis at 11/26 around 6pm. Woke up around 1am with SEVERE vomiting and nonstop diarreah. Was so bad I had to go to the ER and spent my lovely Thanksgiving there  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
