Both me and my partner only had chipotle as the overlapping factor in the last 48 hours. I was admitted to the hospital for severe dehydration and nausea / vomiting that won't stop despite medications. My partner has blood in his stool. We are very very ill after eating here yesterday!!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Dehydration
