Had a double chicken bowl from chipotle and a hour later I was in the bathroom having extreme diarrhea and nausea, went home sick from work and still not feeling good hours later.

I was very nauseous the day afterwards and had no appetite. I kept getting the chills as well as feeling hot seconds later. I later threw up twice and had diarrhea.
