We had Taco Bell yesterday for lunch. 2 of the 3 people who dined had tomatoes on our meal. The same 2 of us had severe vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night into today. We are not aware of coming into contact with anyone who has the stomach flu, so we are concerned about food borne illness.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Headache

Ate the bacon breakfast bowl that I bought yesterday and within five minutes was projectile vomiting everywhere. Face pale, and nauseous for hours. Cant keep any food down. Had no signs of being sick before eating it.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea

I believe I had food poisoning on Sept 20 after eating at this ihop. I had the pumpkin spice pancakes with scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns.
