We had Taco Bell yesterday for lunch. 2 of the 3 people who dined had tomatoes on our meal. The same 2 of us had severe vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night into today. We are not aware of coming into contact with anyone who has the stomach flu, so we are concerned about food borne illness.
