Burrito Causes Severe Symptoms - The Shack of Lincoln, Lincoln Nebraska

On Saturdays the 4th of October. I was eating a burrito from our local farmers market spot, The Shack, when I noticed that my first bite had what felt like a piece of ice in it, even though the rest was warm. Later that day, I started experiencing diarrhea, cramping, chills, body aches, and a headache. I suspect the burrito was the cause since it was the only thing I ate that my wife didn’t share. I am still feeling awful on the following Tuesday with a headache, body ache, cramping, and occasional diarrhea after taking Imodium. I enjoy the shack very much but unsure how they prep their burritos with how many they go through in a day or what standards they have to ensure their burritos are cooked throughly.. The place is called The shack and it is a vendor during the farmers market in the haymarket of Lincoln on Saturdays | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
