Pumpkin Pancakes Cause Illness

I believe I had food poisoning on Sept 20 after eating at this ihop. I had the pumpkin spice pancakes with scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns. A few hours later I got extremely ill, which lasted approximately 8 hours. Nausea, vomiting, headache and diarrhea.

Omelets Trigger Severe Illness

Me and my boyfriend came in and grabbed food .he got cheeseburger omelet and I got the steak omelette not long after we ate he started vomiting and having diarrhea and I had severe diarrhea and nausea.since last night he has been having chills while being super hot and abdominal pain.
