Had a carnita taco at about 2 pm on 12/17. 2 hours later, slight nausea and diarrhea. 1 hour more, very dizzy and it's coming out both ends. Diarrhea and headache/fever the next 2 days, and as of today still not 100% there.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness
