I got church’s chicken July 3rd for dinner and woke up with all my symptoms mentioned above 5am 4th of July and was sick all weekend. I was busy that day and that was all I ate the entire day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
