had a chicken sandwich with two of my friends last night.. and in order from lightest to heaviest: I’ve been puking all day + diarrhea +nausea + terrible muscle aches. other friend diarrhea and muscle aches. other friend felt sh*tty in the morning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Muscle Pain
