Food Safety Reports: Cici's Pizza, Fairway Drive, Alvin, TX, United States

This happened in 2009. I ate dinner at Cici's, but 4 hours after I started having diaherrea and vomiting that lasted the entire night. I had not eaten anything else that day except breakfast.
I did not go to the doctor, but did call a nurse hotline and spent 2 days hydrating.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
