I am 7 weeks pregnant. I have only eaten oatmeal for breakfast and 3 pieces on Cici’s veggie pizza along with Cici’s salad bar. I had severe stomach pain in my upper stomach. It resulted in severe omitting and diarrhea all night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

5 people became violently ill for 3 days after eating the dessert pizza at this location, unable to eat or drink. High fever, boughts of unconsciousness and bruising around the eyes from 8+ hours of straight vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
