Got canes box combo meal food around 11am at drive thru. No slaw, extra fries. Felt really tired and not hungry around 4pm. Didn’t eat any dinner or anything else that day. Started vomiting heavily 8pm to 11pm. Diarrhea for 3 days. Still weak and exhausted 3 days later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Approximately after consuming a fish sandwich and fries, I experienced violent stomach cramping. Soon there after, I also encountered diarrhea. My significant other had an entirely separate meal (chicken sandwich), and also had similar alignments.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
