I had a half Italian sub (no jalapeño, add pickle, on herb and cheese bread at 1:30 pm on 7/22. At 3:45 I began to have severe stomach pain, then diarrhea, vomiting so hard it came out of my nose, extreme sweating and lightheadedness so bad that I had to leave my first day of work orientation early at a new job in the same building as the subway (Nebraska Furniture Mart). | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Sweating, Lightheaded
