Weird Water, Pizza Sickness - Cicis pizza, El Paso Texas

My wife and I went to eat there and had water, pizza and salad. Left and about 30 mins to 1hr started feeling weird. We drove down i10 and had to stop on the side to throw up EVERYTHING it was a whole barf fest. Never had this happen before and this is the first time we had water there. Sucks we went to pay just to throw up. Also the water taste a little weird so we had only 1 cup and sips of the 2nd cup. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
