I was there on June 22 through June 29. The morning of the 28 I began to have severe cramps and diarrhea. I have been home 1 week and my symptoms have worsened and I have begun throwing up. My daughter and her friend also have had massive diarrhea and cramps as well

While vacationing with my son in February at the Club Med j felt terribly sick I have to go to the doctor of the resort the day after I had fever and a strong nausea. Lasted two days. The doctor of the hotel gave me a bunch of medications and IV.

My daughter got so ill med she couldn’t eat for 3 months without vomiting and was hospitalized the doctors had no idea how to treat it. It happened a couple years ago

Symptoms began day 3 of trip. Severe sweating and moderate chills. So close to passing out, thought I would wing up in hospital. Severe diarrhea for 8 days. Could barely eat for a week., No one else got sick. Worst sweats and diarrhea I have ever experienced.
