Widespread Vomiting After Meal

Ate there a couple of days ago and got woken early to my guts turning inside out. Thought I had to shit. Came out the other end and hasn’t stopped. It’s been nearly 12 hrs. A lot of my friends that ate there have experienced same thing. One of the more painful food experiences I’ve ever had
