Me and my girlfriend ate at costa vida on November 2nd. She had a salad with pork and and ranch dressing and I had a sweet pork burrito. and that night, we started to experience stomach/nausea issues and then immediately were throwing up violently for about 24 - 48 hours and felt awful. We had every symptom imaginable from nausea to diarrhea. It hit us both like a truck and we were bed ridden for about 2 days and could not eat or keep anything down. Very frustrating and had no idea what had happened until now | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
