Costco pepperoni pizza is the most likely culprit for my mother and I coming down with vomiting and watery diarrhea. She was the most sick on the first two days, with a fever the first night. This is my first day of vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
