Mac & Cheese Illness

Apart from my usual snacks and other foods I ate in the day, the Mac and cheese was the last thing I ate. Later that night I found myself very nauseous, experiencing painful gas, and eventually none stop diarrhea into the next day as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
