Sushi Illness: Severe Symptoms

Courtside used to be my favorite sushi spot, but after eating the Joe vs Dragon I became terribly ill that night and I doubt that I could ever eat there again. Severe stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, headache. It seriously took 2 days of bed rest to get better.
