“My 2 children got sick on Sunday, February 7th. My two daughters age 11 and 6, both went with their father on a visitation Friday, February 5 in the evening til Saturday, February 6 in the evening. On Saturday evening my ex-husband took both girls to dinner with him, his fiancé, his fiancé’s sister... See Moreand his fiancé‘s sister’s baby to this location in Springfield, MO. My 2 daughters, the fiancé’s sister and the fiancé’s sister’s baby all ate chicken strips there. Yesterday evening (Sunday February 7), my 6 yr old began vomiting first Around 3:30 in the afternoon, then my 11-year-old started vomiting two hours after my six-year-old had. I had gotten a hold of my ex-husband and his fiancé and ask them what both girls had eaten the evening before when they were out with them. My ex-husband told me they had chicken strips and that the fiancé’s sister who also had them as well as the baby who had them were all vomiting at their house also. I did end up having to take my daughters to the ER because my 6 yr old had vomited 8 times and my 11 yr old had vomited 6 times. Every time I tried to get both my girls to take fluids they would vomit right after. I got in touch with my ex-husband again to make him aware of what was going on, and that is when he told me that his fiancé sister was in the ER and that they were having to rush the baby to the ER as well because both of them could not keep anything down either. Both my daughters seem to be on the mend now but they had vomited a couple more times since the hospital visit and had some watery diarrhea. I got a hold of my ex-husband again this morning Monday, February 8, and everybody in his house except for the baby was able to go home, however the baby was admitted to the hospital for the severity of the symptoms. Sorry to have to complain but my children were harmed and I feel they need to be held accountable for this. I also work in the food industry and I take food safety very seriously. I do appreciate you all taking the time to read this and hopefully it will be resolved when and if you are able to take action. See Less”

“Went on Sunday had cornbread, mashed potatoes, apples and fried chicken. My husband had the chicken and dumplings mashed potatoes, cornbread and okra. I got sick almost immediately after eating and my husband began having diarrhea early the next morning. I felt mostly okay and then yesterday on Tues... “3/23/20 a little after 3pm I ordered a steak and chicken fiesta taco salad add guacamole and extra sour cream. I was real hungry! I ate a few bites with the shell and tried some w/o thinking it was fried in old grease tasted recooked? The meat was not the same as usual... very wet. Not greasy just s... See Moreoft, square, flavorless, and very hydrated/moist. I tried to just eat the rice and veggies but was not forcing it. I of course made my husband try it and he ate the rest. Not sure Exactly how long but was 45mins plus before it hit nausea then diarrhea. Same a for him a few minutes later. Both of us a steak and chicken taco salad. First me out. Then he was also. Me faster because I have an ostomy. Super yucky slept a little. Tired but diarrhea slowed a little we thought still. 2 full days if not longer water. And each time I thought it was over it’d start back. Was close to going to the doctor but was able manage at safely home. I called to inform them (I should have immediately but didn’t regrettably)and they never called back though the manager was kind that answered say gm would get in touch. The lady that served us through the window was very personable, doing them a good customer service job. There was a wasp land on the review mirror when paying causing us to spend a few extra mins while they tried to exchange money laughing and shutting the windows scared. See Less”
