Flies in Ramen Soup

We ate at here. We had ramen soup, we ate all the majority of our food. When we dug the noodles from the bottom there was 2 flies flooring to the top. 3 people. Vomit, diarrhea, nauseous, and headache. It happened on 6:29:32 630PM PST,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache
