Chicken Pizza Illness Report

I had a large chicken pesto pizza at 10pm. Woke up at 2am with stomach cramps and burping which I thought was indigestion. I had diarrhoea at 215, vomiting by 230. Tried sipping a little bit of water at 4am after i stopped vomiting. Woke up at 530am with fever and chills, throwing up again at 545 am  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Cramps, Indigestion, Burping
