Burger, Poutine Cause Diarrhea

I ordered a double cheese burger and a poutine with a Pepsi ate almost all of the burger, I thought it was just a not very enjoyable meal. Half way through I had to use the rest room and it was a VERY LONG session of pissing out of my arse.
