Had breakfast before noon today, poached eggs country potatoes sourdough toast buttered & cup of fruit. Cup of earl grey tea with honey & milk creamer. 1hr later on way home started getting nauseous. Very gassy, upset stomach. Feeling awful nauseous. Very busy there & lots of servers. Pissed!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas
