I got the steak mashed potatoes and Krispy onions. About 3-5 hours I started getting nauseous and threw up then diarrhea. I'm up at 3:50 with an upset stomach and I can't sleep because I might not make it to the bathroom

I ordered a steak with mashed potatoes. After I came home I started getting diarrhea going to the bathroom every 20 minutes.
