Ate an “Epic Cali Bacon Burrito” with grilled chicken and added cilantro last night, woke up early this morning with severe diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fever, and chills. This was the only food I consumed yesterday except a yogurt in the morning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
